BALTinnoSEC 2023
BALTinnoSEC’s aim is to investigate the feasibility of an interface, connecting civil security actors in constellations, focused on tackling risks specific to Baltic Sea Region. The interface is envisioned as a problem-solving platform for regular off- & online meetings of practitioners, researchers and businesses, thus sharing access to the latest management solutions and technologies, cutting costs and time for all involved.
The final event of the BALTinnoSEC international project took place on 27th January 2023 in the Main School of Fire Service in Warsaw.
The project of Forum was initiated by institutions involved in the protection of the population from disasters, other major crises as well as everyday events, cooperating together under the framework of the Council of the Baltic Sea States and the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region.
Representatives of CIK CBK PAN were invited to participate in the third panel of this event, related to the communication challenges that could arise for civil security institutions as a result of a serious CBRN incident and the potential reaction of society, as well as potential innovations in this area.
